This is not a scenic stop we add to a peninsula day. It is a full day on the water out of Gansbaai, and it asks something of you. Sightings are not a promise. We book operators we know, and we say so if the season or the sea is a poor bet.
How the day runs
Early out of Cape Town, the boat, the cage, and a private drive back when you are done. We do not pair it with a second big outing.
